Dearest Mother:
Did not have much time today since I
was on guard until 2pm so will write more tomorrow.
We have had more snow this time and a
little more than previously at one time.
The stage play “Barretts of Wimpole
St” was playing here starring Catherine Cornell and Brian Ahern, but I decided
that two hours was too long to wait to see it, so therefore I failed to see it.
Have had no mail for some time and am
looking forward to receiving some very soon.
Can think of no more now as I am
rather sleepy and ready for bed.
